Offering Parcelpoint returns to your customers adds an additional choice and more flexibility for your customers. You can continue to use all of the current returns methods you have and allow your customer to choose which option is most suited to their needs.
If you are taking calls through your customer services team to initiate or authorise returns, these can be done through the Parcelpoint Returns portal which we provide simple training on as well.
You can also continue to use the Australia Post returns methods available:
- e-Parcel is a tracked returns method which is paid for by the retailer. e-Parcel will only be tracked if dropped into a post office and scanned. It will not be tracked if dropped in a post box.
- Reply paid is an untracked, customer-paid return method which can also be dropped at a post office or in a post box but will NOT be tracked.
