Step 1: Customer selects a ParcelPoint location closest to them during Checkout
There are over 1,400 ParcelPoint location to select from!
Step 2: Customer is notified to collect their parcel
Email & SMS notifications and reminders are sent to the customers once the parcel is ready for collection. Customers need to show their photo ID during collection.
The notifications will have all the details they need to know to collect the parcel.
Reminders for customers to pickup their parcels are sent on the 3rd and 6th day after the parcel has arrived at the ParcelPoint location. In the event that a customer hasn't picked up their parcel after 14 days, ParcelPoint will mark the parcel as Aged. When the parcel has been marked as Aged it will be scheduled to be sent back to the retailer. (depict this in horizontal flow diagram with)
Step 3: Customer shares their feedback
Shortly after the customer has collected their parcel, they will receive an email asking them to submit their feedback on the experience.
