For returns completed through Parcelpoint, we can provide tracking by using the Parcelpoint Tracking ID that is emailed to you at the time of the booking.
Please enter this number at https://parcelpoint.com.au
The tracking information will appear on the screen. If the status says 'Arrived' it means the parcel has been received by Foxtel.
Australia Post Returns
We are a separate company to Australia Post and can't provide tracking for returns made through the Auspost service. You will have to contact them directly for an update.
