When making the return booking you will be be asked if you have packaging available. This will direct you to the options available to you.
If you do not have packaging, we have over 100 locations that offer packaging. If there is a ParcelPoint in your location that offers packaging, it will appear as available on the screen for you to book.
If there are no ParcelPoint locations that offer packaging in your area, you will be able to return your parcel to any Australia Post location who will package your return for you free of charge.
