22. I haven’t received many parcels since I signed up as an agent - what should I do?

It can take time for your local customers to become aware that you’re a ParcelPoint agent.

We recommend discussing the service with your regular customers to generate awareness of the service and ensure ParcelPoint signage is clear and visible at your store.  We provide posters; brochures and other marketing material so please contact us if you require additional marketing material. 

We’re also working with various partners to increase use of the service, such as:

  • offering it as an alternate delivery address for couriers (E.g. TNT & Fastway) in case they aren’t able to deliver an item
  • allowing online retailers etc. to list ParcelPoint agents as the delivery address
