4. Can a customer organise for someone else to pick up their parcel?

Yes, this is called ‘Authority to Collect’. The customer can authorise another person to collect their parcel in two ways:

                i.         Contact our Customer Support team to add another person’s name to the drop down list.

               ii.         Complete the courier calling card.

When the Authorised Person comes to collect the parcel it is important to record their full name & photo ID number.
