1. How can customers use ParcelPoint?

ParcelPoint offers a number of services to customers. These include:

                i.         Click & Collect

- Customer selects “Click & Collect with ParcelPoint” at the checkout

- Parcel is delivered to the selected ParcelPoint store and ‘marked as arrived’

- Customer is sent an email & SMS letting them know that their parcel is ready for collection

- Customer picks up their parcel using photo ID.

 

               ii.         Shop & Collect

- Customer enters a ParcelPoint store address at the checkout.

- Customer registers parcel on parcelpoint.com.au

- Parcel is delivered to the selected ParcelPoint store and ‘marked as arrived’

- Customer is sent an email & SMS letting them know that their parcel is ready for collection

- Customer picks up their parcel using photo ID and pays the fee shown in the portal.

 

              iii.         Returns

- Customer wants to return an item. The retailer recommends the ParcelPoint’s online portal to the customer.

- Customer follows the simple online process to select a returns location and generate a returns label

- Customer repacks item and labels package

- Customer returns parcel to a ParcelPoint store

- The return is lodged using the online portal and securely stored

- Customer receives email confirming proof of lodgment and tracking details

- Courier picks up the parcel and returns it to the retailer

- Retailer receives parcel and processes refund as per their return process

 

             iv.         Default Redeliveries

- Courier tries to deliver and no one is home. Courier leaves calling card stating that parcel will be delivered to their local ParcelPoint store

- Parcel is delivered to store the same day. Driver will scan Scanning Point Barcode (provided with Welcome pack) to confirm parcel has been dropped at the location.

- Customer picks up their parcel using photo ID.

 

              v.         Opt-in Redeliveries

- Courier tries to deliver and no one is home. Courier leaves calling card with option to redirect to a ParcelPoint store

- Customer goes online and requests for parcel to be delivered to their local ParcelPoint

- Parcel is delivered to store and marked as arrived

- Email & SMS is sent to customer notifying them that their parcel is ready for collection

- Customer is sent an email & SMS letting them know that their parcel is ready for collection

- Customer picks up their parcel using photo ID and pays the fee shown in the portal.
