Why won’t my preferred agent come up?

You will find that in some instances a ParcelPoint agent that you have previously sent a parcel to no longer appears as a ParcelPoint store on our website.  The reason for this is that some agents will be switched off for a period of time for reasons which could include the fact that they have reached their maximum storage capacity and aren’t able to accept any more deliveries until their current parcels have been collected. 

It is always important to check our website before addressing your parcel to your preferred ParcelPoint agent just to make sure the agent is still active.
