I am unable to print or find my label?

Upon completion of your booking you a button will appear on the screen for you to download the label.

Alternatively if you need to retrieve the label at a later date, you will have received an email receipt with your returns label attached as a PDF. You can also download it from your ParcelPoint account by clicking on 'Download PDF' as seen below.
